Welcome to the Aging Mastery Store! Ordering your materials online is easy and safe with our secure checkout system.

Payment Methods

Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover), PayPal, and e-checks are the currently accepted modes of payment. We process orders with a secure checkout system. All orders must be paid in full before materials are shipped. Payment is expected at the time of purchase. Please contact us directly if you need a copy of your receipt or have questions about these payment methods.

Order Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact the Aging Mastery Program® within 12 hours of submission. After 12 hours, orders cannot be canceled. To cancel your order, please e-mail amp@ncoa.org or call (888)256-3779.

Return / Refund Policy

Every item sold by the Aging Mastery Program® is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within 7 days of your receipt of the items, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution. Please send a photo of the damaged/faulty goods to amp@ncoa.org so that we can process your request.

Missing Items/Incomplete Orders:
If you suspect that you did not receive your complete order, please carefully inspect all the packages you received and compare the contents with the shipping slip included with your order. Note: Items may be shipped in more than one package. If you still cannot find all of your materials after carefully inspecting your complete order, please contact us directly.

Delivery Information

Please note the delivery charges associated with each item. Standard shipping is free for AMP Core Curriculum, Specialty, and Elective Materials. The Aging Mastery Starter Kit has a shipping fee. If you choose expedited shipping at checkout, a fee will be applied. You will see all shipping fees before submitting your order.

Note: Your materials may arrive in more than one package and items may be distributed among multiple packages. Before contacting AMP about missing items, please check all of the packages you received.

Prices

Prices are correct at time of purchase. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices.

Complaints

Should the Aging Mastery team receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, e-mail or letter, it will be dealt with promptly.
